Fulfill an immediate need for workforce housing in an area of high demand and low supply.
The Challenge
Mountain development typically requires extremely high costs for land and construction with additional obstacles due to seasonal weather constraints.
The Approach
Through proven modular building techniques, we reduced the time and costs associated with traditional construction, minimizing exposure to adverse weather conditions.
The Results
The project was successfully delivered ahead of schedule and below cost of traditional “stick” building, demonstrating that a modular approach is particularly well-suited to a weather-driven mountain locale.
