Crossbeam finds opportunity where other investment firms don’t, identifying investment locations where housing is in high demand and supply is artificially constrained. We focus on infill locations in markets primed to serve the entry-level renter or buyer. We conduct intensive feasibility analyses and due diligence from initial concept to final creation.
